- Delores was in town after attending the Benalto Homecoming and came in to spend the afternoon at the Archives to go through class photos from the 1950s and provide us with family photographs
- Her parents were Clarence and Aili (Huhtala) Anderson
- Her grandparents homesteaded in Benalto in 1902

- Left to right: Lillian Anderson (Delores grandmother), ?, ?, Charles Anderson (grandfather), probably Raymond Anderson, Melvin Anderson (or Wilbert)
- They drove the truck across Canada to board a ship in Montreal - driver was Martin Delaney
