- Delores was in town after attending the Benalto Homecoming and came in to spend the afternoon at the Archives to go through class photos from the 1950s and provide us with family photographs
- Her parents were Clarence and Aili (Huhtala) Anderson
- Her grandparents homesteaded in Benalto in 1902

- They drove the truck across Canada to board a ship in Montreal - driver was Martin Delaney
