The photo is of the cottage "Alpha" in Lower Camp (3104 - 50A Avenue)

Built in 1917 by Charles Parke, it was named "Alpha" for a daughter - mother of Ranald White who now lives in a house built on the cottage site

The original cottage was added on to several times - the photo shows the way it was just before demolition
