- On a 1939 map of the cottage agrea, the cabin "May-Belle" was owned by a Falkner
- Bought by the Cliff and Margaret Prill in 1952 from Loretta and Jerry Ament

- When Cliff bought in 1952, he discovered the cabin had been built 7 feet over on the next lot. He (Cliff) had to jack the cabin up and move it onto a new foundation
- When the Prills bought the cabin in 1952, there was a table in it dated 1923
- the original cabin, May-Belle, is still there - underneath the new house
