- 1928: Angus and Emily McLean bought the Castle and the Holbrook house at the present day address, 5035 - 50A Avenue. The McLeans are still listed as owner on a 1939 map
- 1930: William and Evalina Spinks rented the Castle. Gertrude Spinks married Charles Murphy -- see Reflections of Sylvan Lake
- 1932: Robert and Emily Speedie lived in the Castle for 2 years
- 1951: Mrs. N.C. Rathwell (Christine) bought the Castle and lived there until 1965 (in the 1965 Directory)
- Lois and Dan Mitchell
- 1995 - 1998: "Castle of Dreams" gift shop; Merrilee Peterson ran the shop
